Pengembangan Kepemimpinan bagi Generasi Z dengan Pola Coaching berdasarkan Matius 17:5

Generasi Z merupakan kelompok demografis yang memiliki karakteristik unik dan kebutuhan khusus dalam pengembangan diri dan karier. Pendekatan coaching yang efektif untuk generasi ini perlu mempertimbangkan aspek spiritual dan nilai-nilai yang relevan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk merumuskan pendekatan coaching kepemimpinan yang sesuai bagi Generasi Z dengan menggali prinsip-prinsip kasih, kepercayaan, dan keberanian sebagaimana tercermin dalam Matius 17:5. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan analisis teologis terhadap ayat tersebut. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa memastikan kasih yang cukup, membangun kepercayaan dan hubungan mendalam, serta keberanian untuk mendelegasikan dan mempromosikan merupakan strategi efektif dalam coaching Generasi Z. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks, termasuk pendidikan, bisnis, dan pelayanan gereja.
