Inkulturasi Budaya, Hukum dan Teologi Kristen sebagai Fondasi Konservasi Laut untuk Keberlanjutan Ekosistem dan Keadilan Ekologis

Pendekatan konservasi yang hanya mengandalkan regulasi formal sering kali gagal menyentuh dimensi budaya dan emosional masyarakat pesisir yang hidup bergantung pada laut. Dengan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dan nilai-nilai spiritual yang menghormati laut sebagai ciptaan yang sakral, upaya pelestarian dapat menjadi lebih berkelanjutan karena melibatkan partisipasi aktif dan kesadaran moral komunitas setempat. Penelitian ini mengkaji inkulturasi budaya, hukum, dan teologi Kristen dalam upaya konservasi laut untuk mewujudkan pemulihan ekosistem yang berkeadilan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis kasus terhadap praktik konservasi berbasis komunitas, seperti Sasi Laut di Maluku, Panglima Laot di Aceh, dan Awig-Awig di Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara hukum adat dan hukum negara dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya laut. Selain itu, teologi Kristen tentang pemeliharaan ciptaan menegaskan tanggung jawab moral gereja dan umat Kristen dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekologis. Oleh karena itu, model konservasi berbasis harmoni budaya, regulasi hukum, dan spiritualitas Kristen dapat menjadi pendekatan yang holistik dan berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat adat, dan gereja menjadi kunci dalam mewujudkan keadilan ekologis bagi generasi mendatang.
